Late night study sesh

Well, technically I am into my last 36 hours as an undergraduate at the University of Westen Ontario! I have one paper on influenza and one exam on research methods left. I don't know how to divide my time to get both done tomorrow. Ungh.

I also have to pack which I haven't put the slightest amount of thought into. Or into getting utilities disconnected. Oh shit. Tomorrow could be stress filled!!!

So close to graduating!

Well here I am one day closer to being done.... The hardest parts are over now actually. I have a joke exam left on Friday and an intense paper to write too. Oh well.

So jacked for the weekend with Jon, John, Bob and Tim coming up to party / celebrate. Not excited to move though. That might just be a giant pain in the ass.

The true sign I was exhausted yesterday.... Sleeping from 7PM pretty much until 12:30PM today!

Two thoughts post exam...

1. Is it embarrassing being that guy who leaves a three hour exam one hour into it? Why don't they just pretend? Or at least make shit up?

2. Why is it the without fail the prof always has one question dealing with something you are not simply unprepared to answer but you simply have never heard of it in your university career?

More exam stress...

Okay, my heart is racing, and I am sick of this. FUCK YOU WESTERN. Seriously. I don't know how you consider it to be "beneficial to your students" to have their exams crammed into a 48 hour period. Yea, best student experience at a research intensive university... I've had a great experience.. minus the last 24 hours when I've been pulling hair out of my head trying to get some form of studying done before my exams. I'm not crazy... I had an exam yesterday at 2pm, today at 7pm, and tomorrow at 2pm. So, my exam today ends at 10pm... when would you like me to study? I'm glad I'm a night person because otherwise that would leave me with, umm, tomorrow morning?

And sure, you will defend and say "I should have started studying two, three weeks ago". Hmm, maybe if we didn't have midterms as late as three weeks ago, 15-20 page papers due the last two weeks before exam starts, 3 hour presentations to do etc.

This is a joke, and you offer us... 1 STUDY DAY! Ooooooo, you give us one day off of class (this past Friday) and say, study day! Yea, thanks... but having one study day, then one Saturday to study doesn't neccesarily relieve learning 4 months of material that all has to be know for Sunday, Monday AND Tuesday.

Regardless, I am going to graduate, I will pass everything. But if I end with a 50% mark in my Tuesday class, I will have to stand by my comment... Fuck you Western.

Where am I?

Well, I am on my way to my housewarming in St. Catharines right now. Been hectic so far. Got to the train in, London with 5 minutes to spare and now am sitting in Aldershot. The next part of my trip leaves in about 45 minutes.

My sign of the day that I am in a small town.... Asking the ticket guy if there is a waiting room and being told I am in it. 7 chairs is a waiting room for a train? Ok!
